We ensure our that Vacuums, filters and shampoo machines are cleaned everyday! clean cloths for every job, and we endevour to only use environmentally safe and pet safe cleaning chemicals where possible.
We work by these principles daily and pass this down to our staff, we like our staff to be friendly to interact with customers where appropriate, enjoy their job and be themselves. After all cleaners can clean and still be friendly right?
We Have a checklist for each client which specifies any specific tasks that may be required and this also allows staff to double check their work and make sure nothings missed. We are human so occasional errors may occur but we offer a free re-visit to remedy this.
Payment is due on the day of the clean. with some services such as a One-Off clean, Move-in / out, Cleans and Deep Cleans we reserve the right to request payment upfront on arrival of our team.
This can be done by bank transfer or in cash.
We offer a free reclean of an area if there is something we have missed and if it is reported within 24 hours.
